Well the kit arrived for it today biggrin.gif

Its getting...

Eclipse 8445 HU
Focal Beryllium No6 Active components
2x Focal Beryllium 21WX 8" subs
2x FP2.150 Focal amps to run the fronts active off the HU
FP1.800 Focal bass amp for the subs
IXOS/Audison Connections cabling and distribution.

Plan is give the car a layer of sound deadening, fit the amps in the spare wheel well and a sub in each 3/4 at the sides of the rear bench. Should do the job nicely biggrin.gif

Anyone wondering why their Mk4 Ibiza is so noisy... well it's because SEAT don't do sound deadening whistle.gif

Notice how there's no sound deadening on any of the panels. And they're all thin metal. no.gif

Then to the cableing. All sleaved in nylon braiding and cable tied in place...

Each cable is also labeled to aid identification.

And kept neat all through the car

Power cable was run through grommets where passing through metal. And siliconed inside the scuttle panel areas where it's hidden but helps keep the water out.

And then cable tied down the car away from anything that could chafe it.
