what can i add to my setup to get 150db+ was last tested at 122db any ideas please

Sound proofing (especially in the boot.)
Big old amp to power the sub.
Possibly a more powerful sub (I don't know the one you have)
Box made especially for the sub (tuned/sized to give max output)
Lose the 6x9's. If you are going for 150 then they are going to be pretty useless.
Good power/ground cable (think 0 gauge)
Upgrade the "Big Three"
Possibly second battery if your voltage is dropping too much when hammering it.
