Is it worth buying reconditioned ICE? I have been seeing quite a bit of recon VIBE stuff on ebay from a company called ARC, will it be any good? thanks

I wouldn't bother personally. Not necesserily because it's reconditioned, but you have no idea if it's done officially by Vibe. Plus Vibe kit isn't the best out there so you could get a lot better for the money.
