With the Polestar being an EV I want to keep the added weight down and power usage low, hence some of the reasoning behind the class D amps. But we all know there needs to be some sound deadening. Especially when under the boot carpet you find there is nothing at all from standard 😮
The after view looks much better 🙂 Given this extra boot storage under the main floor is the intended location of the rear sub and amps it was going to need something. So I gave it a layer of Dodomat DEADEN Pro and then Dodo Super Liner.
As I work around the car I’ll add more sound deadening, I’m assuming the rest of the car has none just like the boot.
